Education in America has revolutionized the country forever. Throughout the decades, school improvements have helped students achieve the American dream they strive for. Although a difficult system for less fortunate students, everybody has access to a nationwide education to jump start their academic careers. In America, the education system is standard for all types of students. Each school has their own system of education that caters to their students needs and this depends on a multitude of implementations. For example, the type of tools the schools can provide students in and out of the classrooms. School choice improves public education because it benefits disadvantaged students, student morale and encourages positive mindsets.   Disadvantaged students benefit from school choice .   Minority communities amidst the 1950s, felt the separation system in America. Different communities bundled together and stuck with one another not intertwining with another ethnic group. Such as, the minority community and the white community. There was a clear superiority in one of these communities that the American society favored. The white community had control of the American society which included the most important network, the education system. In the 1950s, this created variations of equal education and opportunities for citizens. The promise of public education was a standard that American people held onto but there was a clear factor that minority students . Author, James D.
